Insight is currently in the cable breaks in the Louisville area and parts of Lexington and northern Kentucky, which plants to appear "frozen" TV screens, company spokesman.The problem occurred in a piece of equipment at Insight’s Louisville operations center that handles video feed for those areas, said Jason Keller, an Insight spokesman.He said the problem occurred overnight, but he did not know what time. Technicians are “diligently” working on the problem, but it was unclear how long it might take to fix it, Keller said.The problem can be fixed on-site, and Insight’s broadband and phone service is not being affected, he said.customers in Louisville turned on their televisions Tuesday morning to find frozen images on each channel.

The culprit was a faulty piece of equipment in the company’s Louisville operations hub, said Jason Keller, Louisville-based director of public affairs for New York City-based Insight.
The outage, which occurred overnight, also affected customers in Northern Kentucky and Lexington, Ky., who lost some channels.Service is expected to be restored within “the next few hours,” Keller said shortly after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
